المنتجات والمعلومات الصحية
المكملات الغذائية المعروضة ليست أدوية، ولا تهدف إلى تشخيص أي مرض أو علاجه أو الوقاية منه، ولا تُغني عن استشارة الطبيب. يُنصح باستشارة الطبيب قبل الاستخدام في حالات الحمل أو الرضاعة أو تناول أدوية أو وجود أمراض مزمنة. الاستشارة المجانية عبر واتساب هي معلومات عامة وليست تشخيصاً طبياً.
الأسعار والدفع
جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED). نقبل الدفع عند الاستلام، والدفع الإلكتروني ببطاقات فيزا وماستركارد (الخصم والائتمان) بالدرهم الإماراتي عند توفره. يجب على حامل البطاقة الاحتفاظ بنسخة من سجلات المعاملة وسياسات المتجر.
الطلبات
يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمامه على الموقع. نحتفظ بحق إلغاء أي طلب في حال عدم توفر المنتج أو وجود خطأ في السعر أو بيانات غير صحيحة، ويتم رد أي مبلغ مدفوع بالكامل.
برامج التغذية
برامج التغذية هي خدمة متابعة غذائية تشمل مفكرة وشريط قياس يتم توصيلهما مع البرنامج، وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد الشراء كما هو موضح في سياسة الاسترجاع.
التوصيل والاسترجاع
يخضع التوصيل لسياسة الشحن، ويخضع الاسترجاع والاسترداد لسياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد المنشورة على الموقع.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا يحق لمن هم دون 18 عاماً التسجيل في الموقع أو إجراء عمليات شراء. المستخدم مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابه. لن نتعامل مع أو نقدم أي خدمات أو منتجات لأي من الدول الخاضعة لعقوبات مكتب مراقبة الأصول الأجنبية (OFAC) وفقاً لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Products and health information
The food supplements offered are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, nor to replace medical advice. Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a chronic condition. The free WhatsApp consultation is general information and not a medical diagnosis.
Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). We accept cash on delivery and, where available, online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
Orders
An order is confirmed once it is completed on the website. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is unavailable, a price is incorrect or the details provided are invalid; any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Nutrition programs
Nutrition programs are a follow-up service that includes a diary and a measuring tape delivered with the program. They are non-refundable once purchased, as stated in our Refund & Return Policy.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy published on this website.
Acceptable use
Minors under the age of 18 shall not register as users of this website and shall not transact on it. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. We will not trade with or provide any services or products to OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
