سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد
المنتجات (المكملات الغذائية)
لأن المكملات الغذائية منتجات صحية، نقبل الاسترجاع فقط إذا وصل المنتج تالفاً أو منتهي الصلاحية أو مختلفاً عن المنتج المطلوب. يجب إبلاغنا خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف مع رقم الطلب وصور للمنتج، على أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي عبوته الأصلية. في هذه الحالات نقوم باستبدال المنتج أو رد المبلغ كاملاً بما في ذلك رسوم التوصيل.
لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة، أو الاسترجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي، وذلك حفاظاً على سلامة وصحة المنتجات.
برامج التغذية
برامج التغذية غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد الشراء.
إلغاء الطلب
يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجاناً قبل شحنه عبر التواصل معنا، ويتم رد أي مبلغ مدفوع بالكامل.
طريقة رد المبلغ
يتم رد المبلغ فقط بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية. المدفوعات بالبطاقة تُرد إلى نفس البطاقة خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل (وقد تختلف المدة حسب البنك المصدر للبطاقة). الطلبات المدفوعة عند الاستلام تُرد بتحويل بنكي خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل.

Refund & Return Policy
Products (food supplements)
Because food supplements are health products, we accept returns only if the product arrives damaged, expired or different from what was ordered. Please inform us within 3 days of delivery by email or phone with your order number and photos of the product; the product must be unused and in its original packaging. In these cases we will replace the product or refund the full amount, including the delivery fee.
Opened or used products, and returns due to a change of mind, cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.
Nutrition programs
Nutrition programs are non-refundable once purchased.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us, and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Refund method
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Card payments are refunded to the same card within 7 to 14 working days (timing may vary depending on the card-issuing bank). Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer within 7 to 14 working days.
