مناطق التوصيل
نقوم بالتوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.
مدة التوصيل
يتم التوصيل خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل من تأكيد الطلب. قد يحدث تأخير في أيام العطلات الرسمية أو الظروف الاستثنائية، وفي هذه الحالة سنتواصل معك.
رسوم التوصيل
رسوم الشحن العادي 10 دراهم، والشحن مجاني للطلبات بقيمة 200 درهم أو أكثر (قبل الخصومات). تظهر رسوم التوصيل بوضوح في صفحة إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع.
الدفع عند الاستلام
خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام متاحة في جميع مناطق التوصيل.
برامج التغذية
يتم توصيل المفكرة وشريط القياس الخاصين ببرامج التغذية بنفس مدة التوصيل، وتتم المتابعة عبر واتساب أو الهاتف.
الاستلام
يرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف. إذا تعذر التوصيل سنتواصل معك لإعادة جدولة الموعد. يرجى فحص الشحنة عند الاستلام وإبلاغنا فوراً بأي تلف.
Shipping Policy
Delivery areas
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 1 to 2 working days from order confirmation. Delays may occur on public holidays or in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will contact you.
Delivery fees
Standard shipping is AED 10. Shipping is free for orders of AED 200 or more (before discounts). The delivery fee is shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available in all delivery areas.
Nutrition programs
The diary and measuring tape included with nutrition programs are delivered within the same delivery time, and the follow-up is done via WhatsApp or phone.
Receiving your order
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If delivery is not possible, we will contact you to reschedule. Please inspect your parcel on delivery and inform us immediately of any damage.
